Indigenous PACT Modular Program

Led by Indigenous PACT’s mission “to create health equity for American Indians and Alaska Natives in one Generation,” and in partnership with Boldt, Demain served as the lead MEP modular builder for a series of healthcare clinics. Within this role, Demain led efforts to productize the MEP systems of the various clinic concepts and integrate the design and fabrication of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical trades.

The modular delivery provides the quality required of healthcare, with a speed to market that beats traditional design/build, and an ability to deploy in remote areas where local labor pools may be scarce. Developing these concepts with a product mindset allows for a uniquely simplified turnkey procurement, ensuring healthcare can be accessible to all communities.

Demain Roles:

  • Provided and integrated MEP engineering and VDC teams to support modular delivery.
  • Provided MEP fabrication within Boldt’s modular assembly line.
  • Supported program management efforts to continuously improve project deployments.
